Tonya Milligan is a Denver-based speaker and small business owner. Using her 30 years of experience as a child enrichment director, she founded the company Rent-A-Theme Entertainment, bringing learning through the joy of play to schools and child care centers throughout the Denver Metro area. 

Tonya writes with passion, knowledge, and wisdom. Her life experience working with thousands of parents and children has helped her develop a system to cultivate and nourish children toward achieving their full potential.
